This is the first time I've used this type of service and I have to say the whole process could not have been easier. Booking was straight forward, the driver contacted me to let me know he was waiting, had my name on his board, clearly displayed, and the car was spotlessly clean. I will certainly use this company again.

I book the transfer for my parents and request it 40 minutes after the landing time. They land about 15 early and 35 minutes after they were in the arrivals area where they found Sarah. She was very friendly and nice, the trip was smooth and all the instructions I gave followed. I definitely recommend, overall service was great. I just had problems with the page when I did the reservation, I need to put the details 4-5 times before I manage to reserve. Also the payment method I think could be improved (I choose to pay card when I reserve and I finished paying more than if I was choosing cash to driver, I was expecting the opposite).

Driver arrived on time at the airport and was polite and helpful. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Would book their services again.
