The service was easy to book and reasonable. We did not pay in advance but agreed to pay cash to the driver upon completion of the journey. Stansted Travel Services made the booking very easy, confirming all the details by email and giving us our driver's name and phone number to contact him, in case there was a problem. Our flight was delayed 24 hours but there was no problem changing our pick up day and time. Our driver George, was professional, courteous, helpful and we felt at ease travelling with him. The car was comfortable and clean and we were very relaxed on our journey. We would definitely recommend using Stansted Airport Taxis and our driver George was a great ambassador for the company.

The booking process was clear with plenty of reminders and information. Our driver George was great - very safe, polite and friendly and it was easy to contact him from the airport when we arrived. A really good trip.

Thanks to June for very efficient transfers to and from our flights at Heathrow and Gatwick. We arrived in comfort and good time, through her skilful navigation around motorway hold-ups both ways. We would certainly use the service again.
